Remains soft and fresh for a long time, without preservatives or being packaged in a protective atmosphere! It is a real sandwich bread; with fine crust and soft crumb. Very light, juicy inside with four sides. It can be frozen or toasted perfectly!

A Sandwich bread with fibres, 4 different types of seed, a little amaranth and buckwheat! It stays super soft until the end of its expiry date without preservatives or protective packaging.

Old Millers’ Loaf

The real traditional bread. Proofed in a braided dough-basket, baked at a high temperature like in an old oven to get a thick crust that protects the inside of the bread from drying. Every gourmand will appreciate this experience!
